HOW TO GET A SOUND NOTIFICATION WHEN SOMEONE SENDS YOU A PRIVATE TEXT MESSAGE IN iVocalize

1. Under “FILE” pull-down menu at top left, near the bottom of the pull-down menu list, click on:
“Launch Windows Sound Scheme Editor”

2. Scroll down in that window (looks somewhat techie, scary, system) until you get to a section that is headed “iVocalize Web Conference 4”

3. Scroll down just a little further to “Private Text Message Received” and click on that phrase.

4. You should have a little option just below that now permits you to select which sound you want to hear when you receive a private text message.
5. Click on “OK” at the very bottom.
